Terms and Conditions for Dagayani Festival Exhibitor/Vendor Permit
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the application, reservation, and allocation of exhibitor and vendor spaces during the Dagayani Festival. By applying for a permit, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth herein.
2. Eligibility
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Applicants must present a valid government-issued ID.
- Applicants must have a valid business permit for the current year.
3. Booth Reservation
- Each applicant is allowed to reserve only one (1) booth slot.
- Reservations are valid for 12 hours from the time of reservation.
- Payment must be completed within the 12-hour reservation period.
- Failure to pay within the specified period will result in automatic cancellation.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made through approved payment methods.
- All payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Official receipts will be issued upon payment verification.
5. Booth Use
- Booths must be used for the declared business or product only.
- Subletting or transferring of booths is strictly prohibited.
- Booths must be maintained clean and orderly at all times.
6. Festival Rules
- All vendors must follow festival operating hours.
- Waste disposal must be handled properly.
- No hazardous or illegal materials allowed.
7. Penalties
- Violation of any term may result in cancellation of permit.
- Repeated violations may result in future participation ban.
8. Acknowledgment
I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies governing the Dagayani Festival Exhibitor/Vendor Permit.
